How do I reset passwords for teachers or students?

For Teachers/Parents:
Go to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
Enter the email address associated with the locked account.
Follow the instructions in the email you receive to reset the password and regain access.

For Students:
Log into the Parent/Teacher account.
In the menu, navigate to "Students."
In the list of students, select the specific student you want to change the reset PIN for.
Scroll down to login details and click on "Reset PIN."
Enter a strong new PIN.
The new PIN is generated successfully.
